A battery combiner also may fail to connect a large but discharged battery bank because the DC voltage immediately drops below the disengage value once the batteries are connected. Some battery combiners (also called voltage controlled relay, or split charge relay) will disconnect a battery in case of a short but high amperage load. Intelligent battery monitoring to prevent unwanted switching The load will be reconnected 30 seconds after the battery voltage has increased to more than the preset reconnect voltage. If the battery voltage increases again to the connect threshold within this time period (after the engine has been started for example), the load will not be disconnected. The load will be disconnected 90 seconds after the battery voltage drops below the preset level. The alarm output is typically used to activate a buzzer, LED or relay.ĭelayed load disconnect and delayed reconnect The alarm output is a short circuit proof open collector output to the negative (minus) rail, max. Starting the engine will therefore not activate the alarm. The alarm output is activated if the battery voltage drops below the preset disconnect level during more than 12 seconds. No relays but MOSFET switches, and therefore no sparks. To prevent damage to sensitive loads due to over voltage, the load is disconnected whenever the DC voltage exceeds 16.3V respectively 32.6V. This is important in case of Li-ion batteries, especially after low voltage shutdown. Note: the BatteryProtect can also be used as a charge interrupter in between a battery charger and a Li-ion battery. In this mode the BatteryProtect can be controlled by the VE.Bus BMS. Alternatively, one of nine predefined engage/disengage levels can be set with the programming pin (see manual). When using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect any required engage/disengage levels can be set. The Smart BatteryProtect automatically detects system voltage one time only. The on/off input can be used as a system on/off switch. The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine. Protects the battery against excessive discharge and can be used as a system on/off switch Two groups of Products in this section 1.

Whether you find the story itself as good or as compelling as Portal 2's is very subjective - to me, it was about on par, but it's a very different style of storytelling. What voice acting there is, I was very happy with. For some people, that's a big minus - but it worked well for me, and I'd honestly much rather have to read a bunch of text than listen to sub-par voice acting. It's not as explicitly laid out as Portal 2's (though I think it's more explicit than Portal 1's), and there's a lot more reading of text involved. There's a definite story (and backstory) progression in The Talos Principle. I'm not of the mindset that harder always equals more fun, but I also don't mind a challenge if the learning curve is reasonable, and I think Talos strikes that balance well.) (Oh, also, I don't agree with the poster above me - while I do think the hardest puzzles in The Talos Principle are tougher than Portal 2's, it's not that extreme. It's definitely not a re-hash of Portal puzzle elements minus the portal gun. There are also some impressively original puzzle elements in this game (most notably, I think, the last one you unlock). Like Portal's puzzles, the early ones are pretty straightforward, and the game does a good job of teaching you puzzle elements and strategies individually and in simple combinations before forcing you to deal with the really complex stuff. The Talos Principle's puzzles are entirely about thinking your way through them - I can't think of a single one that requires twitch-level reflexes (and only a couple that require timing of any sort). I stopped playing and deleted it in disgust about 2/3 of the way through. There was a nominal story, but it was poorly presented, made little sense, featured painfully bad voice acting, and its puzzles descended into twitch gaming even more than QC's did. Magrunner: Dark Pulse - This was the biggest letdown ever. Some people adore twitch/reaction puzzle gaming, but I personally have absolutely no use for "you know exactly what you need to do, but now you have to spend an hour trying to actually get your fingers to do it" puzzles. I hated it, because partway through the puzzles started being less about thinking your way through problems and more about jumping/timing your way through them. Quantum Conundrum - With one of the original Portal devs leading the team, I had high hopes (even if the kid-oriented/cutesy theme wasn't right in my wheelhouse).I wanted there to be a bit more to it than there was. Antichamber - Very good puzzle design, and I did enjoy the game quite a lot, but the total lack of any kind of explicit story (no text, no voices, no meaning besides "interpret this abstract world however you will") knocked it down a little bit in my eyes. For comparison and clarification of what I mean, some other games that have come along in the interim: The Portal games remain among my all-time favorites, and The Talos Principle is the first game since Portal 2 that has truly scratched my itch for a game with satisfying puzzles AND a compelling narrative. I think there are some direct comparisons to be made, and they're all pretty favorable (in my eyes). If you could clarify your "bring back the camera option" statement, I might be able to give you some tips. Also, I'v heard feedback from our customers that they don't want their receipt capture pictures to take up space in their camera roll so they prefer to capture receipts directly in the app. That's just what I have found to be most efficient for me. This alleviates me having to take a picture, save it to my camera roll, go to the Mobile App, then add receipt from Camera roll. As I see it, if I'm going to take out my phone for a receipt capture, I might as well go into the SAP Concur Mobile app because it is a couple less steps to capture a receipt right to a line item. Lea, of Philadelphia, was received for insertion in the Album. That way the photo does not go into my photo album. The Game's YoungBoy Never Broke Again collab from his new album Drillmatic: Heart vs. A facsimile edition came out in 1971 and would itself by now have some value, but let’s face it-a copy’s a copy. One of the most frequently asked questions online with regard to old books is “How much is my 1768 Britannica set worth?” Inevitably they show modern editions, not worth very much beyond the priceless knowledge they contain. I wanted to scream, “But your lola wasn’t alive in 1768!”, but I let it go at that, and thanked him for his time, and for his patience with a curmudgeon. “My Lola Filomena wouldn’t lie!” he insisted. “Look,” he said with more than a hint of exasperation, “it says Copyright 1768!” I tried to explain the difference between copyright dates and editions (the 15 thedition in 2010 was the Britannica’s last printed version). The seller confirmed that the set, indeed, was published in 1970, but that it was truly and surely the original 1768 edition. Of course, as soon as it arrived, all my silly hopes were dashed, as I saw a pile of crisp volumes that looked very much like the set I owned back in college. (The set below is from nbc.com, but it looked like it.) Might the books have been brought to Manila by a British trader in the 1800s (the encyclopedia hadn’t been published yet when they occupied Manila in 1762-64), then acquired by Lola Filomena’s buena familia forbears? I was thrilled by the possibilities, and asked the seller to send me a picture of the set. (Names have been changed to protect the innocent.) All right, I thought-that at least was a good sign, the stamp of age. The seller swore that the set had been in his family for generations, and that it had come down to him from his Lola Filomena. So I wasn’t about to brush off a lead offhand the strangest things have emerged from local sources in my antiquarian forays. But the message pricked my attention because, as unlikely as finding any book from the 1700s might be in the Philippines, my oldest book-a work in English on the history of institutions, published in London in 1551 and still in very good condition-actually turned up in Cubao. I’d specifically stated in my ad that I wasn’t interested in buying encyclopedias, Bibles, and law books. I got a text from this nice fellow who said that he had a complete set of the first edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica from 1768 to sell to me. I’d explained that by “old,” I meant books from at least the early 1900s, and preferably from the 1800s (my collection includes books and documents from the 1700s, 1600s, and 1500s, but in the Philippine context, 18-something should be old enough). I HAD an interesting exchange online recently with a forum member who was responding to my call for old, interesting books that people wanted to sell. The hood is rlly big and fits over the ears without squishing them which is nice and it has a bell!!! And the bell jingles!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pants are like chaps, I was excited and didnt put shorts on under it but highly recommended for photos and cons bc u will be heavily exposed lol. The bow attachment is a little tougher to keep in place and on the tail but not too bad. The top was a tiny bit confusing at first but figured it out rlly quick. The fabric is really nice, the socks surprisingly stay up on my legs which is really nice because I have bigger thighs. The top slides down even with the straps and doesnt fit super well over a bra so it's kinda hard to figure out how to secure it (idk if the jacket clasped helps with that or not tbh) so I'd probably say a low plunging bra would work best The easiest way I've found to put on the costume is socks, pants, bow accessory onto the tail however ur tail is designed, I tie my tail around my waist and tuck in the strings to the waistband of the pants, put on the tube top and tie it, the waist belt piece is velcro so that goes on next, then finally the jacket. Then the clasp on the hood I didnt notice lmao I'm really good at missing clasps like the one on the jacket so that's why it's so open in the photo(I noticed it after I took off the costume, I looked it over before I put it on too □)įor this one, the tube top has little loops in it because they give u clear bra straps, then there's also ribbon to tie the top together, too. I absolutely love this costume, cons aren't happening right now due to the pandemic but just wearing it for photos was super fun. Thank you so much for this great experience! I am totally satisfied, definetly recommend this shop and this cosplay &' I am so excited to wear it on a convention someday. The pants have two bigger holes in it, which would show some skin in my case - so I would suggest to wear some thin pants underneath to avoid it! But the cosplay fits perfectly well and I am so happy I bought my Sabito cosplay from DokiDoki. The small details on the haori are super nice to look at and it is so nice to touch! Wearing it did not feel like a costume at all because the chosen material of the whole cosplay is simply amazing. Now to the quality: it is a beautiful looking and soft fabric. I bought the cosplay on the 16th of April, and a week later I received a message that the cosplay was already shipped (on the 24th of April, to be specific)! The cosplay finally arrived two months later, which was still super quick because of the on-going pandemic and all the issues which are included because of that. I messaged Dokidoki about my problems and received almost immediately an answer - they were super nice and helpful! I asked them on a friday evening and received an answer by sunday, so I was able to buy the cosplay a few days later - while it was still in presale. I am going to write a review about the Sabito costume, which recently arrived! First of all, I was not sure about the size since I am a tall and skinny person. I would rate it a full 5 star if Dokidoki decides to make the Pants less looking through because the little details and overall costume is very lovely. Yes,I would order this again but maybe a size larger. I'm 158cm small with Bust 80cm, Waist 65cm, Hip 95cm weight is 53kg. I was actually a bit scared to sit because the whole hip part is very light in fabric and so is the zipper. However, it's material especially on the Pants and Bust is very looking through even though I wore white undergarments they were visible and the size, even though I bought it in M (which should've fit well),it is very tight around the hip. The costume came with everything they advised and the necklace looks pretty and so does the embroidery on the suit/jacket. The costume came faster than expected and the costumer service was great. Fetch quests, bosses that break up the adventuring, dungeons, mazes, items that allow you to access places you could see but couldn't get to before. I won't spoil the plot, but the pleasure of these games lies with familiarity, I think, and there's a lot of familiarity outside of the plot. Watch on YouTube Turnip Boy is now on Game Pass. You're a turnip with a huge tax bill, and so you set out across a compact world to get yourself out of trouble. I should say this now: it's a wonderful game, witty, playful, and scrupulously true to Zelda traditions. I suspect Turnip Boy took a relative age to put together. And it was true - two hours and done, although there was plenty left to go back to. Here is a top-down Zelda-alike, I had been told, that I could see off in an hour or two. And this has rarely been more obvious than when I sat down to play Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion this afternoon. It rarely works that way with video games, I suspect. That’s it, your system is absolutely ready to perform NTFS write operations. For daily usage, where you don’t need to handle large files, you may choose No caching. Information/file will be fetched directly from the disk and changes will be written directly to the disk. In case of No Caching mode, there will be no internal cache layer. As buffer is a temporary memory, those files/data will be lost in that case. As it reduces the necessity of I/O operations, the read-write performance gets improved.īut If you don’t safely remove the disk or if external disk goes offline because of power failure, you may lose some of your recent data or changes, as it could possible that those changes were still in buffer and did not get the time or force write instruction (during safely remove). When you remove your external device by clicking on the remove button, all dirty blocks (changed data left in buffer) that yet have not been written to disk will be written to the External disk and after that your NTFS disk will get dismounted. It will follow a lazy algorithm to write these changes to the actual disk. Instead the changes will be stored in internal buffer. Now every changes you make on this file will not immediately write to the disk, even if you save the file after every changes. A copy of the file will first come to the internal buffer. log file, which is on your external NTFS disk. So every time during read or write operations instead of performing disk I/O it fetches or writes data to the buffer. UBLIO cache increases the performance by creating an internet buffer. This is the actual their party driver, that will work on top of OSXFUSE to enable NTFS write on your Mac.ĭuring installation you will get an option to choose Caching Mode.
